Responsibilities
K-12 schools and educational facilities
Fire stations, police stations, and municipal/public safety buildings
High-end restaurants and hospitality interiors
Ground-up and complex renovation projects
Multiple superintendents or large, high-profile projects (as needed)
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience with a commercial GC, including time as a Senior Superintendent
Strong background in public sector construction and/or high-end restaurant/hospitality work
Proven ability to lead subcontractors, field teams, schedules, safety, and inspections
Experience working directly with inspectors, AHJs, public agencies, architects, and owners
A calm, organized leader who runs professional job sites and builds trust in the field
