They are seeking a full-time Client Advisor for their Miami Design District store, where the main responsibilities include nurturing customer relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service through a smooth customer cycle.

Managing and executing omni channel services
Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience
Achieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory
Qualification
Required
Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers
Ability to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targets
Responsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner
Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service
Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling
Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
