Responsibilities

This is a very challenging position that requires the candidate to continually interface with QCT customers and internal teams

Qualification

C/C++ programmingDevice driver programmingAudio software stackLinux kernelDSP processingDebugging skillsPythonCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsTeam player

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Strong C/C++ programming skills
Device driver programming and debugging with JTAG/other tools
Understanding of audio technologies, audio software stack, Linux kernel, DSP processing etc
Knowledge of microprocessor architecture and cache subsystem
Strong Debugging skills on generic processors
Generic software programming skill and tool knowledge – python, software version control system
Strong communication, written & interpersonal skills
High motivation
Ability to learn quickly
Must be a self-starter

Preferred

Knowledge of OS/system performance profiling and optimization techniques a plus
