Inside Sales Specialist

They are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive customer engagement, manage service agreements, and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive sales strategies and collaboration with service operations.

Responsibilities

Performs Customer Onboarding; educates customers on maintenance best practices, and Nederman's aftermarket value proposition
Identify and pursue opportunities for service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, and spare parts packages
Proactively generate quotes (for spare parts, inspections, troubleshooting services, and minor repairs) follow up on proposals, and close service-related sales opportunities
Track install base data, identify service revenue opportunities and develop outreach strategies
Assist in the new customer setup process, and ensure functional objects are properly entered into IFS (ERP), on an as-needed basis
Maintain accurate records of account details, customer interactions, opportunities, and service agreements in CRM systems, and continuously update install base directory with the most recent information
Collaborate with the service operations team to coordinate schedules and deliverables for contract execution
Leverage customer data and analytics to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Qualify and manage aftermarket sales leads and web inquiries
Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for continuous improvement in aftermarket offerings

Required

3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Success, preferably within industrial B2B environments involving capital equipment, engineered systems, or technical solutions
Proven success in building customer relationships and driving aftermarket/service sales
Experience working in ERP systems and CRM platforms
Proven ability to sell service agreements, spare parts, and value-added aftermarket solutions
Strong customer service mindset and orientation with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Good interpersonal skills and decision making ability
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills; manage multiple opportunities, quotes, and follow-ups efficiently; avid CRM user
Strong communication and presentation skills; can convey value clearly and confidently via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including e-mail, Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, and Word
