Responsibilities

Oversee advanced process control and automation for raw material handling, batching, purified water systems, CIP processes, and fluid transfer operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, optimizing workflows and reducing costs while enhancing sustainability
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems to keep operations running smoothly
Partner with R&D to pilot and implement cutting-edge batching improvements that elevate product quality
Manage projects from concept to completion—delivering on scope, budget, and timing with precision
Develop and implement automated processes, create detailed SOPs, PFDs, P&IDs, and other technical documentation that set the standard for excellence

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years in a production environment
Skilled in PLC systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley)
Skilled in high-purity water systems
Skilled in clean-in-place methods
Strong analytical skills for engineering calculations
Strong analytical skills for process design
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to adapt to change
Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
