Business Development Manager
PrideStaff is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Westlake Village, CA office. This role involves acquiring new clients through B2B outside sales and maintaining relationships with existing clients while contributing to the overall revenue and profit of the branch.
Responsibilities
Develop New Business Leads That Turn Into Contracts & Placements
Generate Sales to Contribute to The Branch’s Overall Revenue, Gross Profit, & Net Profit
Meet With Prospective Businesses & Place Calls to Grow Our Current Client Base
Meet quarterly, Yearly Sales, Gross Margin, & Profit Targets
Maintain Relationships at The Critical Decision-Maker Level With High Potential Accounts
Must Have The Ability to Develop Sales Plans For Each Marketing Opportunity
As a Part of The Overall Team, Assist in Filling Jobs & Interviewing When Needed
Network Across All Areas of Business to Establish New Client Relationships
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Knowledge in Administrative, Clerical, & Light Industrial is Critical For Success
3+ Years of Experience in Outside Sales
Must Have Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Ability to Make Independent Decisions & Exercise Sound Judgment & Discretion According to Company Policies to Ensure Profitability
Must be Over 18 Years of Age
Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check
Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S
Preferred
BA or BS is Preferred But Can be Substituted For Similar Experiences
