Kayser-Roth Corporation is seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Creative Production Coordinator to join their creative team. This role bridges production and content creation, ensuring smooth studio operations while producing high-quality content and supporting post-production needs.

Responsibilities

Occasionally shoot content for email and social, including studio flat-lays and in-studio video, ensuring consistent quality and brand standards

Perform basic retouching and asset preparation using Adobe Creative Suite for PDP, social, and on-demand content

Manage and track samples, ensuring product readiness for scheduled shoots

Create, coordinate, and update shot lists in partnership with the Creative Lead

Schedule and coordinate talent, stylists, and other freelancers for PDP and campaign shoots

Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables stay on track

Maintain studio organization and workflow efficiency

Support digital asset management and file delivery processes

Ensure that creative output aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards

Required

1+ years of experience in production within a studio/creative environment

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital asset workflows

Portfolio showcasing relevant work

Basic retouching skills

Experience with production coordination (scheduling, sample management, talent booking)

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines

A collaborative spirit — able to work professionally and respectfully with cross-functional teams and talent

Preferred

Familiarity with photography is a plus

Proficiency with video editing is a plus

Familiarity with AI creative tools is a plus
