Responsibilities

Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies

Provide strategic financial insights to support sales, service, and operational decisions

Manage audits, tax filings, and external financial reporting

Maintain and optimize the financial modules of SAP or other ERP systems

Required

Full professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking); frequent communication with people in China is required

Familiar with financial laws and regulations such as GAAP in the United States

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting in an industrial or manufacturing company, with experience in sales or marketing finance

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited U.S. university (required)
