Sales Enablement, Lead
isolved is an employee experience leader, providing intuitive, people-first HCM technology. The Sales Enablement Lead will help execute on the strategy of isolved's Sales Enablement programs, focusing on improving sales productivity through specialized training and programmatic support.

Responsibilities
Perform needs and skills assessments
Develop, design, and deliver training
Manage Sales Enablement content and program ownership
Facilitate the right people to deliver training
Conduct onboarding calls on first day of employment to introduce goals and curriculum Conduct demo/value story certifications
Train to and enforce our sales process, methodologies, and sales tools standards and compliance to ensure reporting accuracy
Qualification
Required
Have a bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing & or related experience
Have 3-5 years successful sales or sales support responsibility
Are an excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members
Are able to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Have creative problem-solving skills, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Have a self-starter work ethic
Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have experience using CRM tools and comfort with sales
Are fluent in English
Preferred
Successful experience as a quota-carrying sales representative helpful but not required
