They are seeking a Senior Reporter to lead coverage of IT service providers and channel partners in North America, producing high-impact stories and representing the publication at industry events.

Responsibilities

Regularly report and write high-impact stories that set the agenda for the IT channel

Own your beat, pitch ideas and pursue ambitious stories based on source building, keen observations and industry knowledge

Represent the publication at industry events and speaking engagements

Required

Proven business reporting and writing skills

Reliable network of industry sources

Ability to produce content that resonates with an entrepreneurial IT business audience

Proven ability to break stories

Deadline-oriented time management skills

Bachelor's degree in journalism, English or similar field

Experience level: 5 years at a minimum with at least 3 years of experience in business journalism

Preferred

Experience in IT, telecom or tech channel journalism strongly preferred
