Responsibilities
Manufacture and inspect parts according to prints and model-based data
Verify dimensions using proper measuring tools
Perform minor CNC program edits (Haas)
Set up and operate 3- and/or 5-axis milling machines per setup sheets
Maintain records, equipment, and workspace
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety
Operate within an ISO9000/AS9100 certified environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience
Proficiency with Haas or Fanuc controls
Strong math and mechanical skills
Ability to read blueprints and model-based data
Must own basic tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
aerospace machining preferred
