Responsibilities

Architect complex, mission-critical data and AI solutions
Lead and support technical solutioning for high-value opportunities, developing innovative approaches that address client challenges
Design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures that integrate with existing defense and intelligence systems
Direct the development of new IP, assets, and offerings specifically designed for the Navy market
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure technical excellence in implementation
Guide technical modernization strategies for legacy systems while maintaining mission continuity
Provide subject matter expertise on Navy technical environments, constraints, and requirements
Partner with account teams to build compelling technical proposals and win strategies
Mentor and develop technical talent within the Data & AI practice

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience in data engineering, AI development, and solution architecture
Active security clearance (TS/SCI required)
Extensive hands-on experience in defense and intelligence platforms, systems, and data environments
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing AI solutions within classified environments
Deep understanding of DoD and IC technical requirements, compliance frameworks, and accreditation processes
Strong background in data architecture, cloud computing, machine learning, and AI technologies
Proven track record of creating innovative technical solutions for complex mission challenges
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts across audiences
US Citizenship Required
