Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows Server environments (Physical & Virtual)
Manage file servers, print servers, and storage systems
Perform server monitoring, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Support virtualization platforms and VM lifecycle management
Manage day-to-day operations of email/messaging systems
Ensure backup schedules, restores, and data integrity
Monitor backup jobs and resolve failures
Provide Level 1 support for switches, routers, and wireless access points
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for circuit and connectivity issues
Escalate complex network issues to appropriate teams
Provide onsite IT infrastructure support for office and warehouse operations
Troubleshoot incidents and ensure high system availability
Maintain documentation and operational procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (Wintel) environments
Experience with server hardware, virtualization, and storage
Knowledge of backup and messaging systems
Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
