Responsibilities
Respond and resolve user technical issues via chat, email, or phone
Help with documentation of new and existing policies/procedures
Collaborate with others who may have varying skillsets to complete assigned work on time
Easily adapt to changes based on organizational priority
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair operating system, software application, hardware, and related equipment
Create, maintain, and deploy laptop images
Test new technology
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in a similar role required
Available to occasionally work on-call / after hours (rotating schedule)
Reliable transportation for commuting to the Raleigh office
Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious mindset. Continuous learner and adaptor to new technologies
Service heart and willingness to go the extra mile to assist employees with technical issues
Collaborative mindset. Willingness to help teammates, jump in and fill in for one another
