Responsibilities

Complete moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions, plans, and goals

Works independently on most issues

Initiate assigned pilots or process improvements from start to finish

Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems gather information and host working sessions

Communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management

Develop budget forecasts, conduct analysis in support of identifying budget variances and develop solutions to address

Develop new and ad-hoc reports, summarizes findings and recommendations and provides business insight

Required

Bachelor's degree

6+ years of strong program management and project management experience ideally within utility/energy industry

Technical proficiency: Project/Program Management Methodologies, Consulting Skills, Project Management skills, Lean, Proficient in Operational Monitoring & Analysis, Advocacy and Persuasion, Presentation Skills

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints

Knowledge and understanding of business drivers
