Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ML/LLM projects, including model design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment in production
Work on domain-specific LLMs, including reinforcement learning and fine-tuning for specialized tasks
Build high-performance, scalable ML pipelines, optimizing for efficiency and large-scale computation
Develop multi-modal models for equipment and risk analysis, and implement traditional ML classification for natural language domains
Own the process from experimentation to production, iterating and evolving models over time
Collaborate with a small, highly technical team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to architecture and system design discussions
Qualification
Required
3–4+ years post-graduate experience (Master's, PhD preferred) with hands-on ML/LLM work
Deep expertise in PyTorch, Hugging Face, and high-performance model training
Strong programming skills in Python, C, and C++
Experience training and fine-tuning LLMs from scratch, not just using off-the-shelf models
Solid ML fundamentals and experience building production-grade systems
Familiarity with high-compute environments and training models on dedicated GPUs
Preferred
Startup or small-company experience, contributing in high-ownership roles
Experience in regulated industries (nuclear, utilities, energy, etc.)
Multi-modal modeling experience
