Responsibilities
Help build and evolve Motion’s iOS app as the product scales into a multi-product B2B platform
Center on native iOS development using Swift, with a strong focus on performance, responsiveness, and system-level integrations
Work on making the app highly performant and reliable, while building native features such as voice calling, SMS, widgets, notifications, and background tasks
Play a key role in shaping mobile architecture and making long-term technical decisions, working closely with other senior engineers across the stack
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in native iOS development using Swift
Strong focus on performance, responsiveness, and system-level integrations
Ability to make the app highly performant and reliable
Experience building native features such as voice calling, SMS, widgets, notifications, and background tasks
Ability to shape mobile architecture and make long-term technical decisions
Ambitious and always looking for ways to improve
Ability to take ownership of projects and lead them to completion while dealing with ambiguity
Fast learner who can quickly familiarize with a complex product and code base
Strong understanding of how to create the most impact
Ability to collaborate effectively with other talented engineers
Comfortable working in an environment where the best ideas win
Benefits
Bonus: $0 - $150,000
Total Compensation: $504,000 - $965,000 (includes equity & bonus)
