Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, client, and senior leadership, providing timely communication of compliance activities, risks, and dependencies
Lead and coordinate all aspects of compliance, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating project and operational activities
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements and work closely with the development team to understand technical requirements and resolve challenges
Oversee the implementation and monitoring of compliance controls using tools such as static code analysis and penetration testing
Apply best practices and agile methodologies to enhance project workflows and efficiency
Manage, mentor, and provide day-to-day direction to the compliance team. Foster collaboration and accountability amongst project team members, ensuring a high-performance culture
Able to work flexible hours to accommodate cross-time-zone collaboration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem
5+ years of experience in project/program management, including leading cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
One or more Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Administer, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant)
Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git-based repositories
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Public Trust clearance (may be sponsored)
Permanent Residents or U.S. Citizenship (Required)
Preferred
Extensive knowledge of audit procedures, static code analysis tools such as CodeScan, and 508 Accessibility standards, including proficiency with assistive technologies like JAWS and Sa11y
Background working with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or other government agencies
