Responsibilities

Own and evolve EverTrue’s brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure clarity, consistency, and differentiation across all touchpoints
Set annual editorial themes and content priorities that support company goals and strengthen our brand narrative
Lead creative and content planning cycles, managing prioritization, timelines, and workflows across brand initiatives
Review, refine, and approve major brand-facing assets to ensure a high bar for quality, consistency, and impact
Partner closely with Product Marketing to align product messaging with the broader brand story
Collaborate with Growth and Marketing partners to support integrated campaigns and creative strategy
Coach, develop, and inspire the Brand team to elevate craft, execution, and overall impact
Create brand experiences that are memorable, engaging, and reflective of the pride our customers feel in their work

Required

8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with deep expertise in brand strategy, messaging, and creative leadership
Owned or meaningfully evolved a company's brand, narrative, or market positioning, and are comfortable setting direction and making brand decisions
Exceptional storyteller and writer who can influence cross-functionally and guide narrative and creative decisions with clarity and confidence
Experience leading small creative teams and directing creative and editorial work across channels, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing
Highly strategic and visually fluent, with a strong ability to connect brand and storytelling work to GTM strategy, awareness, and pipeline outcomes
Thrive in environments where clarity, creativity, collaboration, and customer impact drive the work forward
