Process Engineering Manager
Whirlpool Corporation is a leading home appliance company focused on improving life at home. They are seeking a Process Engineering Manager for their KitchenAid Operations team in Greenville, Ohio, who will lead the Process Engineering team, drive safety and quality in manufacturing, and develop strategic initiatives for the factory of the future.

Responsibilities
Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity and engagement of overall plant operations through effective leadership
Develop and execute the EEM (Early Equipment Management) Pillar
Provide guidance and coaching for WCM EEM / EPM pillars
Drive the WCM transformation through involvement in the strategic planning process and the execution of activities defined in that process
Develop and lead the execution of manufacturing engineering strategic initiatives
Help set and implement the vision for the factory of the future (Factory Master Plan)
Partner with product development teams to ensure the right technology and processes to support new products and to drive seamless product launches
Guarantee the best performance of the equipment (eliminating waste and increasing the OEE of CORE equipment)
Facilitate & orchestrate technical focus to satisfy operational objectives
Responsible for the development and growth of engineers, technicians, and other members of the team
Responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations (assembly equipment, packaging, material handling, fixtures, and business processes)
Drive root cause analysis through structured diagnoses of equipment failures utilizing standard tools techniques and procedures
Utilize project management principles to deliver projects on time and within budget
Utilize strong change management capabilities and tools for process changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
5+ years of manufacturing experience
Preferred
MBA preferred
Leadership experience in a large manufacturing environment (2+ years)
Strong understanding of World Class Manufacturing principles and methodologies
Experience in WCM, Lean Manufacturing Methods, problem-solving techniques, TPM, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, and Predictive and Preventative Maintenance
Read and interpret Mechanical Drawings, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Schematics, working knowledge of hydraulics, gearing, mechanical clutch and brake assemblies, welding, and fabrication
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict to a resolution
