Responsibilities

Tracks sales data to provide insights & learnings across CPD Walmart Commercial - to further support business growth and achieve strategic objectives
Assists in the analysis of sales fundamentals & building of selling stories - to gain share & space, grow units, & increase profitability with the customer
SUPPORT IN MASTER DATA MAINTENANCE; inclusive of system attribution & active SKU list
RUN & MAINTAIN TOTAL CPD WEEKLY REPORTING to support ongoing business needs
DEVELOP NEW AD HOC REPORTING & ANALYSIS, conducting deep dives to support ongoing business needs
Owns overall analysis of sales, inventory, promo and cascading to teams
Includes Event, Lever, & Promotional Performance, In Stock Analysis, Hero Items Analysis, SKU Optimizations, Geographic & By Door Analysis, Unique Buyer Requests … & more!
Support directors with line review prep, including add delete & modular analysis, & cosmetics monthly business reviews
PROVIDE CATEGORY EXPERTISE, SHOPPER BEHAVIOR & COMPETITIVE INSIGHTS; to understand the changing retailer and customer landscape, presenting key opportunities & learnings to the team
SUPPORT CX TEAM WITH DIGITAL INSIGHTS to drive O+O, increase penetration, and enhance overall online experience
OTHER TASKS
Walmart Layout Center & In Store Mod Support, In Office Support (mod room maintenance)
Walmart shareholders, YBM, and additional event support (prep, on site, and post analysis)

Required

Minimum 2 years' experience in a business analysis role
Strong knowledge of retailer data/syndicated data
Proficient: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Proven knowledge of retailer strategies and objectives
Deep knowledge of beauty and personal care, specifically for given category
Ability to work on multiple tasks with great accuracy
Can analyze and visualize data, draw conclusions and make strategic recommendations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, takes initiative
