Responsibilities

Concept, script (when needed), shoot, and edit TikTok-native videos from your phone
Translate product drops, launches, and cultural moments into reactive, trend-aligned content
Develop recurring series and content hooks that can run weekly or monthly
Experiment with formats (GRWMs, hauls, styling tips, fit checks, unboxings, “day in the life,” etc.)
Keep pace with TikTok trends, audio, and memes, and apply them in a way that feels on-brand
Deliver a consistent volume of content on a weekly basis, with quick turnaround times
Incorporate performance feedback and iterate based on views, engagement, and watch time

Required

Proven experience creating high-performing TikTok (or Reels/Shorts) content, ideally in fashion, sneakers, or culture
Comfortable as the face of content—authentic, confident, and conversational
Deep familiarity with streetwear, sneaker releases, sports style, and modern fashion aesthetics
Ability to move from idea to published content quickly and independently
Strong self-shooting and mobile editing skills; you know how to make vertical video look clean and intentional
You know how to open videos with a strong hook and keep viewers watching
TikTok handle or portfolio showcasing relevant, platform-native work
