Responsibilities
Interact with internal and external clients to ensure that all entity management tasks and service requests are carried out in accordance with our service agreements and protocols
Research and respond to client enquiries and service requests related to the various corporate transactions carried out on all U.S. Secretary of State databases
Navigate between multiple U.S. Secretary of State databases efficiently and accurately
Prepare, analyze and process corporate transactions and legal documents quickly and accurately
Assist with and complete document retrieval requests
Maintain, audit and report on data entry of client information in an in-house entity management database; and
Learn how to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Qualification
Required
1-2 years' of experience in a professional or administrative services environment
Organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Innate desire to consistently strive for excellence
Pride in carrying out responsibilities efficiently and with impeccable execution
Proactively looks for opportunities to recommend improvements to systems and processes
Self-starter who works well within a team
Energized by a continuous learning environment
Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills
Preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
