ProVest is seeking to add a Routing/Mail Clerk to their team. The role involves the opening, sorting, and distribution of incoming mail, as well as packing and shipping outgoing mail through various vendors.

Legal

Responsibilities

Adhere to department and company Policies and Procedures
Understand and meet expectations of Production, Support and Management Team(s)
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Perform in a fast paced environment with good accuracy
Proficient in the English language
Lifting 25 – 75 lbs. with assistance
Keep lines of communication open between vendors
Pack and prepare documents for shipping with materials provided by various vendors
Ability to ship with UPS and FedEx software
Perform either in a team setting or individually with ease

Required

Must be 18 years of age
No experience necessary – ProVest, LLC will train
Ability to multi-task
High School Diploma or equivalent
Read the English Language
