Responsibilities

Lead all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, cost accounting, inventory, and fixed assets

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with timely and accurate reporting

Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing

Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting policies

Serve as a key finance partner to operations and plant leadership

Drive ERP effectiveness, reporting optimization, and system-related improvements

Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and lender reporting

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team

Collaborate with private equity sponsors and executive leadership as needed
