Responsibilities
You will be responsible for scaling out the PV function in line with pipeline progression
You need to be able to demonstrate your ability to run, build and fundamentally own the drug safety function
You should have experience of having worked the whole development lifecycle as it relates to drug safety - from IND through post-marketing studies
You should have exemplary communication skills
You should think with first principles, with the ability to make quick, informed decisions and to work at pace
Qualification
Required
You must be a physician who has 10+ years' Industry experience, some of which must have been in biotech
You need to be able to demonstrate your ability to run, build and fundamentally own the drug safety function
You should have experience of having worked the whole development lifecycle as it relates to drug safety - from IND through post-marketing studies
You should have exemplary communication skills
You should think with first principles, with the ability to make quick, informed decisions and to work at pace
Preferred
Ideally you have some rare disease experience, and should be passionate about working in this space and getting drugs to patients where there is an unmet need
