IT Project Coordinator
Foundation Risk Partners is one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join their team. The role involves supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
Monitor project progress and track milestones and deliverables
Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports
Communicate updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units
Support adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and governance requirements
Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
Track and report issues to ensure timely resolution
Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps) for tracking and reporting
Assist with documentation in collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or related roles
Familiarity with IT systems, software development, and project management tools
Strong organizational and task prioritization abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Demonstrated administrative support experience, including calendar management, documenting meeting notes, and assisting leadership with task tracking and scheduling, especially related to project or system migrations
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint
Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology
Support adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
