Oversees and coordinates the activities of the Elite’s home rehabilitation and renovation division
Serve as the operational leader for the entire EBH investment lifecycle
Implementing and enforcing best-in-class Project Management discipline
Ensures the division consistently achieves or exceeds the core targets for operational velocity and rigorous adherence to project budgets
Responsible for hiring, supervising, and developing personnel
Managing the divisions’ budgets
Driving world-class performance for both profitability and customer satisfaction
