Human Resources Generalist I or II

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for the Engineering divisions
Drive HR processes in Workday and related systems while delivering proactive support
Support the full employee lifecycle from creating positions and processing hires, promotions, and compensation updates
Partner with hiring managers on job requisitions, offers, and candidate qualifications
Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees
Build strong relationships across teams
Provide hands-on guidance and training, troubleshooting issues, and uphold compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience for Human Resources Generalist I
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one year of related experience for Human Resources Generalist II
