Responsibilities
Manage the daily operation of all contract functions (i.e., Facilities, Infrastructure, Operation Support Services, Logistics, and Construction)
Supervise the efforts of all Lead positions
Hold collateral duties in service of the performance work statement
Employ conflict resolution measures for outstanding deliverables
Immediately address personnel poor performance, or personnel conduct issues
Meet with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) on a monthly basis to review contract performance
Review key performance indicators, analysis of deficiencies and problem resolution
Comply with applicable US Army and DoD regulations and procedures IAW the contract for material and supply management, key and lock control, management, maintenance, and evacuation of surety and non-surety buildings, physical and operational security
Qualification
Required
Minimum of (10) Years of Program Management Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Active Maryland CLASS C Driver's License
Preferred
Active International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Certification
Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
