Responsibilities

Lead analytics to inform negotiation methodology, rates, and operational opportunities

Stay current with payer policies and reimbursement developments; communicate impacts and strategies

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payer contracts in the contract management system; oversee builds and QA

Develop documentation, job aids, and training for internal partners

Maintain Epic dashboards and build reports summarizing contract activity and revenue improvements

Validate contract payments and lead root-cause corrections for underpayments

Partner with Revenue Cycle and other departments to improve billing and reduce denials

Support annual operating budget process and conduct financial feasibility studies

Collaborate across clinical, financial, and operational teams
