Responsibilities
Thoroughly scope engagements through assessing the client’s operations and business processes, gathering key business and functional requirements, and making recommendations to optimize Proofpoint technologies
Provide strategic program design solutions that allow clients to identify, protect, monitor, and manage their most protected data, and people
Work with the broader Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer concerns and manage escalations
Work closely with your corresponding sales organization to ensure customer needs are met and customer satisfaction continues to rank high
Present updates to management identifying risks, challenges, and proposed solutions
Qualification
Required
4+ years industry experience in a customer-facing role
4+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields
Familiarity with Data Security: Data Security Posture Management, Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, and/or Cloud Security concepts
Proficiency in Windows Server environment; experience with web infrastructure components like IIS and MS SQL is advantageous
Basic understanding of Linux infrastructure
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with the confidence to engage in-person and virtually
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion
English proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication is required
Preferred
Exposure to Microsoft or Symantec DLP solutions is desirable
Technical Spanish speaking skills are desirable
