They are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join their team as an Office & Project Coordinator, responsible for a mix of office administration and light project coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

Receive and organize incoming invoices into the appropriate job files

Assist with invoice payment processing via check or preparing draw requests

Help track project budgets and expenses

Communicate with vendors as needed for invoice or payment clarification

Assist with ordering gas and electric utility services for new builds

Help with building permit applications and tracking their status

Maintain clear and professional communication with homeowners as needed

Support field supervisors and project managers with documentation and updates

Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable for staff and visitors

Organize digital and physical job files and project documents

Assist with supply ordering and other administrative tasks as needed
