Responsibilities
Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across core platforms, including CRM and automation solutions
Lead product discovery and delivery in close partnership with engineering, UX, data, and business
Collaborate with the CIO and technology leadership on build vs. buy assessments, platform modernization, and architectural decisions
Drive the application of AI and automation to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and scalability
Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
Translate business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and prioritized backlogs
Provide strong product leadership throughout the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and optimization
Manage and optimize vendor-provided products, ensuring alignment with technical standards, security, and business outcomes
Establish and track product KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization
Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders
Champion customer-centric decision-making across all product initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record in internal and external product oversight
Strong technical background working with engineering teams and modern SDLC practices
Experience leading CRM or customer-facing platforms in complex organizations
Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and platform integration
Strong project management and delivery execution skills
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
MBA or related advanced degree preferred
Experience with AI, automation, or advanced analytics is a plus
