Responsibilities
Serve as the primary on-site IT support resource for office and manufacturing teams
Own and resolve day-to-day IT support tickets while maintaining momentum on larger system and automation initiatives
Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Power Automate flows to streamline business processes across departments
Work deeply within our ERP system, including developing queries, extracting data, supporting reporting, and enabling automation between systems
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, estimating, and leadership to translate real operational needs into technical solutions
Manage and administer Microsoft 365, including user setup, permissions, security, and governance
Build and support integrations between Microsoft tools, ERP, manufacturing software, and third-party platforms
Prepare, install, and maintain training rooms, shared workspaces, and production-floor technology
Lead hands-on training for Teams, Office, Power Platform tools, and internal systems
Support a wide range of hardware including desktops, laptops, tablets, scanners, printers, and servers
Maintain and support on-prem and cloud infrastructure
Assist with cybersecurity best practices, access control, and system reliability
Support manufacturing software such as Epicor ERP, Bartender, Mastercam, Bluebeam, PreForm, IdeaMaker, and similar tools
Lead or support advanced projects such as system integrations, automation pipelines, and multi-user manufacturing servers
Provide occasional after-hours or on-call support when the business requires it
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation
High personal drive, strong work ethic, and a bias toward execution
Someone who takes pride in getting things done, even when it requires extra effort
Comfortable working inside ERP systems, building queries, and enabling data-driven workflows
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin tools
Experience in environments with both on-prem servers and cloud systems
Ability to operate independently, prioritize aggressively, and own outcomes
Comfortable working directly with operators, engineers, managers, and ownership
Clear communicator who can translate technical solutions into practical value
Hands-on, proactive, and not afraid to get into the weeds
Preferred
3 plus years of relevant IT, systems, or automation experience preferred
Experience with Power Platform, ERP systems, or manufacturing software is highly valued
Experience working alongside an MSP or external IT provider is helpful
Epicor or similar ERP exposure is a strong plus
