Responsibilities
Lead and manage the valuation process for clients
Maintain a weekly review cadence with your analyst to assess all deals under management
Hold consistent weekly touchpoints with sellers and triweekly touchpoints with buyers to maintain momentum and alignment
Facilitate all interactions between sellers and buyers during the market and due diligence stages
Serve as the primary driver of transaction outcomes, leveraging internal resources and cross-team support as needed to ensure successful closings
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated deal experience is required — in M&A advisory, investment banking, private equity, or a related transaction-oriented role
Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include finance, business, or economics
Ability to commute to our Austin, TX office Monday through Friday
Series 63 required or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of employment (company will provide support)
High-level understanding of Key Accounting Principles is a differentiator
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple transactions at once
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, vigilant, and solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred
Proficiency with HubSpot and Excel systems preferred
Preferred understanding of accounting and financial statement fundamentals
