Responsibilities
Serve as a bridge between business units, providing frontline support to employees and leadership teams
Lead and manage employee relations, including investigations, hotline complaints, and exit interviews
Analyze and manage large datasets using advanced Excel functions
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; contribute to policy/procedural writing
Partner with senior leaders and provide coaching and guidance on HR matters
Maintain confidentiality and build trust across all levels of the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience considered
Proven experience in a professional work environment, managing employee relations and HR investigations
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information
Preferred
HR related certifications beneficial (SHRM / PHR)
