Responsibilities

Build and maintain production-grade internal tools and workflows

Document existing systems, processes, and tribal knowledge

Design and manage forms, interfaces, and data-entry workflows

Implement data quality checks and guardrails

Create automation to eliminate manual, repetitive work

Maintain a centralized knowledge archive

Automate meeting tracking, source tracking, and documentation workflows

Enhance document management using AI and automation

Ensure systems are auditable, reliable, and well-governed

Build new tools and workflows on a modern data and analytics platform

Develop live dashboards supporting portfolio and operational insights

Create automated task management and workflow solutions

Build custom AI copilots, GPTs, and automations for daily business use

Implement and optimize advanced Microsoft 365 solutions

Work with tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Planner, and Copilot

Integrate SaaS tools, APIs, and data sources as needed

Maintain clear technical and user documentation

Train business users on new tools and workflows

Stay current on emerging technologies and propose improvements

Continuously improve usability, performance, and adoption

Qualification

Required

5+ years experience in a product engineering, automation, analytics engineering, or internal tools role

Strong coding skills in Python and SQL (TypeScript a plus)

Experience building data pipelines / ETL workflows

Experience working with APIs and data integrations

Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or custom)

Experience working in agile or product-oriented environments

Strong stakeholder communication and business partnering skills

Preferred

Experience with modern data platforms or operational analytics tools

Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, or similar tooling

Experience with Airtable or no-code / low-code platforms

Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Experience building AI-enabled workflows or copilots

Experience supporting regulated or data-sensitive environments
