They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Senior Data Analyst to support operational and strategic decision-making by analyzing data, ensuring data quality, and delivering insights to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver actionable insights to operations, finance, sales, and leadership teams

Support forecasting and predictive analysis initiatives as needed

Understand existing ETL pipelines (Azure Data Factory → Snowflake), monitor data quality, and maintain data definitions and business logic

Analyze combined datasets from CRM, Accounting & Transactional Systems to maintain Customer Cube

Collaborate with Data Engineering to resolve data issues and with the Power BI team to create or update dashboards and reports

Build and refine SQL queries, datasets, and metrics to support reporting needs (hands-on SQL expertise required)

Design or enhance Power BI visualizations and automated KPI reporting (Power BI experience a strong plus)

Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

Proven 5 years experience in a Data Analyst role (not Business Analyst), with strong analytical and quantitative skills

Hands-on expertise in SQL with proven ability to query large datasets

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)

Strong data preparation, cleaning, and transformation skills

Solid understanding of statistics, analytical methods, and problem-solving

Familiarity with ETL concepts and data pipelines, especially Azure Data Factory

Strong communication and presentation abilities

Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and consistency

Ability to manage multiple requests and work in a fast-paced environment

Proactive problem solver with a curiosity for understanding business processes

Preferred

Snowflake experience preferred

Power Query preferred

Experience working with Salesforce and NetSuite datasets

Experience working with Power BI (report creation, data modeling, DAX) is a big plus

Experience with Python or R is a plus
