Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, analysts, QA, and UX professionals (10–20 team members)
Own and drive the modernization roadmap across multiple legacy systems, defining scope, level of effort, MVPs, and epics
Collaborate with senior federal stakeholders to translate technical solutions into clear business outcomes
Champion Agile best practices and support teams transitioning from Waterfall to iterative delivery
Oversee documentation, milestone reporting, and key program deliverables
Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture
Qualification
Required
Active Secret clearance
10+ years in software development, technical leadership, or application modernization
Proven success managing teams of developers, analysts, testers, and UX professionals
Preferred
Top Secret clearance
Agile experience and Jira expertise
PMP or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
