Responsibilities

Provide recommendations on creditworthiness of educational institutions by conducting financial and qualitative analysis using an inbuilt tool

Ensure ongoing compliance by regularly reviewing and monitoring the performance of existing partner institutions complete with website reviews and reviews of commission actions

Conduct market/industry research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Support providing actionable insights on how evolving market conditions may impact business strategy and performance

Assist in execution and automation of operational processes

Support the development and maintenance of operational documentation, including process manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and identify opportunities for analysis and improvement

Conduct research and gather relevant information to support analysis and provide context for findings

Review discharge cases by collecting evidence and providing recommendations as per procedure

Assist in developing and presenting reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analysis findings to stakeholders

Support project management activities, including tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverable

Required

Self-starter, strong organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data sets and develop data-driven strategies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Interest in market and industry research

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Preferred

1+ years of experience in business analysis or related field

Ability to read and interpret financial statements
