Allianz Life is a trusted insurance and asset management company. They are seeking a Business Systems Analysis Consultant to work with business and IT teams to enhance technical documentation for the ALIP system related to insurance and annuity products.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with developers to create, maintain, and enhance technical documentation for business systems and/or models essential to the successful completion of operational responsibilities and requiring integration of product design, administrative systems and regulatory requirements

Consults with developers and testers to design and document testing strategies on new and existing product to mitigate future risk and triage defects

Develop in-depth understanding of complex insurance and annuity product features and requirements. Develop product expertise for all lines of business

Assists with training and development of individuals. Peer reviewer of other’s work

Participates in key initiatives and special projects as assigned

Documentation of processes, analysis performed and business systems built or modified

Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)

Required

Understanding of Life and Annuities product rules and business processes

Life and Annuities product development experience with a Policy Administration System

4 year degree required or equivalent experience: Four year degree in technical discipline, engineering, business, Actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics or related field

You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas
