Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in software engineering and program delivery, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing enterprise-level programs with Angular and .NET Core/.NET 6+
Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS preferred) and DevOps practices
Demonstrated experience in agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive delivery outcomes without direct authority
Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc
Certified AWS Solution Architect or Cloud Practitioner
