Responsibilities
Drive video conference rooms and Surface Hub systems uptime utilizing daily checks
Respond quickly to incidents and assist in person
Perform video conferencing hardware and systems repair and build
Open, manage, and close / escalate incidents in ServiceNow
Monitor incident and preventative maintenance queue
Drive systems uptime
Continuously improve, train, and shadow
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of IT experience
Experience with Windows, Mac, iOS environment, and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be a team player
Must be able to follow directions and be dependable
Great verbal and written communication skills
Must be mechanically inclined
Must be able to lift up to 60lbs and travel the building on foot
Will be working with basic set of tools
