Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end execution of NFT drops and collection launches
Manage launch timelines, mint phases, and operational readiness
Support allowlist and whitelist workflows, mint access, and participant coordination
Coordinate with creators, partners, and internal stakeholders around launch execution
Monitor launches during live mint phases and support issue resolution
Prepare post-launch summaries and operational reports
Ensure launches follow defined processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience participating in or supporting NFT drops or launches
Understanding of mint mechanics, allowlists, wallets, and NFT marketplaces
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple moving parts during time-sensitive launches
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Legal authorization to work in the United States
