New Grad, Entry LevelValiant Integrated Services is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. The role involves monitoring project performance, assisting in work plan development, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements during construction activities.
Responsibilities
Responsible for monitoring the performance of Project Work Orders. This includes both self-performed and subcontractor performed projects
Duties and reviewing all PWO work to include schedule, deliverable, and coordination
Assist in the development of work plans through price estimates for PWO projects
Assist with communications between staff and the customer
Creates and coordinates work schedules with staff, to include outage coordination to minimize disruptions
Monitors the compliance with all safety, regulatory, and performance requirements associated with performing construction on the Rock Island Arsenal
Assists in the creation of documentation, and relays documents to safety and quality staff for review and signature
Responsible coordinating schedule and scope changes between the estimating department, the performing organization and the customer
Other duties as assigned
