Sales Development Representative
Somewhere is a leading NetSuite and ERP consulting firm with innovative AI integration capabilities, and they are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads. The role involves initiating contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning tailored technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls, send follow-up emails, and manage outreach campaigns to generate and qualify leads
Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and determine potential fit for ERP and AI solutions
Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team
CRM Management: Document all prospect interactions, maintain updated records, and track progress in the CRM system
Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
Reporting: Provide regular updates on outreach activities, response rates, and lead conversion progress
Qualification
Required
2-5 years in sales or SDR roles preferred, but open to candidates with strong sales ability and less experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Basic understanding of NetSuite, ERP systems, and AI concepts (training provided as needed)
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet outreach targets
Comfortable using CRM software and sales communication tools
Preferred
Prior experience selling in a B2B technology or software environment
