Responsibilities

Apply guidelines and your expertise to improve products and services independently, while receiving guidance from leadership
Serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues and interns
Apply your work and conceptual knowledge of current technologies to broaden your capabilities
Build productive relationships with peer stakeholders within and across teams
Lead and implement projects of limited complexity and drive small-to-medium features from technical design through completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in design reviews to ensure product and system designs meet guidelines and customer needs
Contribute to delivering high-quality designs and deliverables
Write unit and integration test plans, identify opportunities for automating tests and debugging
Supervise and participate in verification processes to ensure products meet Cisco standards
Support system installation, configuration, and integration, resolving minor issues
Find opportunities to assist others and contribute to team success

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, or master's degree with demonstrated ability in circuit design
Experience with electrical engineering circuit design concepts
Experience with bring-up of complex boards
Experience in debugging high-speed circuit boards

Preferred

Experience with lab bring-up and design validation
Experience with x86 architecture, I2C/SPI/ PCI express/100G+ SERDES bus technologies, High Speed board design, and FPGA design
