Independent Insurance Broker
LifeSmart Senior Services is a part of the Integrity Marketing Group, one of the largest independent distributors of health insurance products in the nation. The role involves selling Medicare Insurance plans, understanding client needs, and maintaining a positive professional environment while representing the company.
Responsibilities
Sell Medicare Insurance plans
Knowledge of the Medicare plans which include Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans provided by the different carriers
Understand client needs and offer appropriate products and solutions
Follow up on existing clients and new leads in a timely manner and track progress with detailed information
Maintain a good attitude to create a positive and professional environment for clients while representing LifeSmart Senior Services
Qualification
Required
Possess a current Life and Health Insurance Producer License (or ability to obtain one – we are willing to train the right candidate, we offer a discount for the pre licensing course and training is free)
Legal resident of the United States of America
Ability to pass a background check (fingerprinting)
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Strong, professional communication skills
Confident, persuasive, positive attitude
Organized, flexible, coachable
