Squadron Requirements Manager
Air Force Civilian Service is seeking a Squadron Requirements Manager to support the 318th Cyberspace Operations Group and 67th Cyberspace Wing. The role involves providing advisory and analytical services related to resource management, budget, manpower, and contracting initiatives.
Responsibilities
Serve as a staff analyst, evaluator, and advisor to management
Provide a range of advisory/analytical services involving resource management, budget, manpower, and contracting initiatives
Responsible for contracting theories and practices necessary to secure and maintain contracts for use
Responsible for general knowledge of acquisition rules and regulations for successful procurement execution timeliness
Accomplish complex projects, resolve controversial issues, and develop and present recommendations to the commander for final programming and planning actions

U.S. Citizenships Required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Clearance. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed. A favorable suitability determination is required before appointment
Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing
The employee is required to file an OGE Form 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, upon appointment and will be required to file annually

Advanced knowledge and skill in identifying, analyzing, articulating and executing program goals and objectives, work processes, and administrative operations of the organization in support of major issues and operational challenges
Advanced knowledge of a wide range of cost and economic analyses, principles, techniques, and practices, especially activity-based costing and management of operations and support functions
Basic knowledge of government contracting procedures, legal requirements, and contracts and DOD acquisition requirements, development, and approval processes
Ability to work under the direction of the Plans and Programs Flight Director, to support multiple cross-functional teams to serve as a consultant and principal advisor to senior leadership on a wide range of critical projects and programs that have broad scope and are essential to the mission
Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in management and business processes
